Ingredients:

12 dates

1 tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp peanut butter

¼ cup ground cashews

¼ cup melted chocolate

A pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp ground cashews (for garnish)
Instructions:

Line your work surface with parchment paper and lightly rub coconut oil over it using your fingertips.

Carefully slice open the dates with a knife and remove the pits.

Lay the dates flat on the parchment paper, side by side.

Drizzle coconut oil over the dates, then top with ground cashews, peanut butter, and melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt and a bit more cashew for garnish.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then cut into pieces and serve cold.
