Date Dessert with Nuts and Biscuits

Ingredients
Serves: 2 people

  • 2 cups of pitted dates

  • 1 pack of plain biscuits

  • 1 tablespoon of cream (Qishta)

  • A small cup of almond, hazelnut, and pistachio slices

  • 1 cup of chocolate pieces

Steps
Time: 20 minutes

In a food processor, grind the biscuits.

Add the pitted dates, a spoon of cream, and the mixed nuts. Blend well until you get a firm consistency.

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler, then add it to the previous mixture.

In a silicone mold, distribute some pistachios, then add the mixture to take the mold’s shape. Place it in the fridge for about half an hour until it’s fully set.

Remove from the fridge, place on parchment paper, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve. Enjoy!
