Date Roll Delight with Sesame

1/4 kg pitted dates

1/4 cup ground toasted sesame seeds

1 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp date syrup (or date molasses)

1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
Steps
Time: 30 minutes

Gather all the ingredients and grind the toasted sesame seeds.

Blend the dates in a food processor until they become a paste. Add the ground sesame, tahini, date syrup, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Mix well until fully combined. Then sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds on a plastic sheet and place the date mixture on it.

Roll the mixture into a log so it gets coated with sesame seeds from all sides. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours until firm.

Slice into rounds and serve with a cup of coffee. Enjoy!
