Ingredients

First Layer:

  • 1 pack of biscuits (crushed)

Third Layer:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • ⅓ cup cream cheese

  • ½ can thick cream (ashta)

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • ½ cup mixed nuts

Preparation Steps

  1. First Layer: In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter and mix well until blended. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish or Pyrex tray.

  2. Second Layer: Arrange the chopped dates evenly over the biscuit layer.

  3. Third Layer: In a blender, mix the cream, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour this mixture over the dates, then sprinkle shredded coconut on top.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the tray in the oven for 5 minutes only.

  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with nuts, and serve.
