Stuffed Dates Recipe for Eid Hosting

Dates: 450 grams

Walnuts: 225 grams (whole, shelled)

Orange juice: From 2 oranges

Rose water: 1 tablespoon

Preparation Steps:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice each date lengthwise using a sharp knife and remove the pits.

Place one walnut inside each date until all are stuffed.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed dates on the tray.

In a small bowl, mix the rose water with the orange juice, then gradually pour the mixture over the dates.
